Ingredients

    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup splenda cooking blend
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup no sugar added apple sauce
    1tbs baking powder
    1tbs vanilla extract
    1 egg

Directions

mix wet and dry ingredients separately. fold the two in together. pour into greased round 8/9 in cake pan. bake at 170C for 20 minutes.
