Comes together quickly, a little indulgent but good for special occasions. Comes together quickly, a little indulgent but good for special occasions.
Number of Servings: 4

4 pork chops, 3-4 oz each
    3 ounces cream cheese
    3 ounces milk
3 cloves minced garlic, more or less, to taste
    a swirl of cooking oil

Sear the pork in a nonstick or cast iron pan, approx 3 minutes on each side, cover and set aside.

Saute the garlic in cooking oil of your choice (I like grapeseed oil for high temperatures) over med heat.

Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, stir until cheese melts. Add milk, stir until well blended.

Return pork to pan, turn over a couple times until coated in sauce.

Serving Size: serves 4, easily doubled or halved
