    cooking spray

Tips

syrup add about 60 calories and sugar content. I use it to keep the authentic flavor -- sugar free syrup can be used, or substitute a fruit compote.

Directions

1. Prepare. Slice bread into eight disk-shaped pieces. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon and whisk for 2 minutes. Submerge bread in mixture.
2. Cook. Spray pan and heat over medium flame. When hot, pour in whole bowl of mixture, and separate bread disks to lay flat -- should make a circle and cover bottom of pan. Fry 3 minutes and flip when brown. Finish 5 minutes on other side, and serve immediately.
3. Serve (0ptional) pour syrup evenly over whole
