Introduction

Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    1 lb Steak
    2 Portabella Mushrooms
    Fresh Ground Pepper
    1 bottle of Guiness

    4 oz Blue Cheese
    1/3 c Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 c Butter

    4 oz Blue Cheese
    Sprinkling Parmesan Cheese

    1 loaf of French bread cut into 1/2" - 1" rounds

Tips

You can add chives and pepper to the blue cheese butter.

If you don't think it taste blue cheese enough, add more to your butter mixture.

If it is too thick, add more butter to the mixture.


Directions

Cut your French Bread
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F

Begin marinating your steak and portabellas in the guiness. Allow them to marinate for a few hours.

Heat the 4 oz Blue Cheese and Butter in the microwave till it melts together. Add the parmesan in it- finish melting it together. Mix up till it is smooth. Then layout the french bread rounds on a cookie sheet. Brush the blue cheese butter on top of each round. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.

Drain the steak and portabellas, grind pepper on top. Cook the Steak and Portabellas either in a pan or on the grill. Slice them into bite size portions.

Add to the top of each blue cheese crostini. Sprinkle blue cheese and parmesan on top of each crostini. Then bake for 5 - 10 minutes, to melt the cheese.
