Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast Halves
    1 cup milk
    1 cup corn flakes, crushed
    garlic powder
    pepper
    onion powder
    red pepper

Directions

Place the Corn Flakes into a large zip lock bag and crush until all pieces are about 1/4 their original size. (If you don't like the larger flakes crush to the consistency you enjoy). Place the milk into a wide, shallow dish. Dip once chicken breast half into the milk, sprinkle with spices as desired, then drop into the bag of Corn Flakes, shake to coat, place in a baking pan lightly coated with non-stick spray (I like the butter flavored). Repeat with the remaining chicken breast halves. Spray the coated breasts with a quick spritz of non-stick spray or butter spray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
