Ingredients

2 pounds, chicken wings
1 large egg
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp cayenne pepper
1tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 Cup flour
Oil - for frying
1/2 cup franks red hot sauce
1/4 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
3 tbsp Ketchup
Tips
These are not the healthiest, however they are a great treat once in a while, and are a low calorie version of the kind you get at the store/restaurant!
Directions
Wash the chicken wings.
Next in a bowl, mix together 1 large egg, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Add chicken wings, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour flour into a large ziplock bag.
Add wings, 3-4 at a time to the ziplock bag, and toss to coat them.
After you have coated all the chicken wings, fry them in hot oil, until they are golden brown from the outside, and cooked from the inside.
In a bowl, combine the Hot Sauce, the BBQ sauce, and the ketchup.
Toss the wings in as much sauce as you would prefer.
Enjoy while hot!
