Ingredients

    2 cups low-fat milk
    1 large ripe avocado
    2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
    Ice

Tips

The original recipe says that this is one serving but I choose to make it two servings.


Directions

Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a blender or a Magic Bullet. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
