Ingredients

    Crust
    2 Cups of Cauli Rice
    2 Lg Eggs (will make with only 1 the next time)
    2 Cups of Mozzerella Cheese Part Skim (Will Cut down to 1 C the next Batch)
    1 tsp of galic seasoning
    2 tsp of Chef Paul Pizza & Pasta Magic seasoning



    Toppings
    Add 1/2 Cup of pizza sauce
    2 Cups of Mozzerella Cheese Part Skim


Tips

if adding additional toppings pre cook (steam) veggies they will not be done in the time it takes under the broiler


Directions

Crust
Mix well and spread out on cookie sheet (covered in tin foil and sprayed with cooking spray)
Bake at 450 for 15-20 mins until golden brown

add toppings

Put under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly

Serving Size: Made 12 squares
