Ingredients

1 skinless kiwi- small to medium
    1 small banana
1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/4 cup fresh or frozen peaches
1/4 cup fresh or frozen mangoes
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1 tbsp of honey
    1 oz Greek Yogurt
    2 oz Orange Juice
    1/2 cup water

Tips

I usually cut up about a week's worth of fresh kiwis, peaches, mangoes and pineapple and freeze it all. It makes it very easy in the morning. I can just grab a few slices of each and throw them in. It keeps the smoothie cold longer without having to use ice. I still use ice just for texture, but it is not needed.

Directions

I use my magic bullet On-the-Go mugs and make it all right in there. If you don't have one, just throw everything in a blender and let it run 'til it's smooth

Serving Size: Makes one 16 oz smoothie.
