Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    2 Medium Potatoes
    1/4 head of cabbage (large)
    400g canned diced tomatoes
    3 celery stalks
    1 large carrot
    1/2 onion
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 1/2 cups of lentils
    4 tbs Chicken boullion powder
    2tbs Knorr Brown Onion Soup powder
    2 tsp Knoww Minestrone Soup Powder
    Curry Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

saute onions and garlic in olive oil
add tomatoes
add chopped celery, chopped potatoes, chopped carrots
add chopped cabbage
allow cabbage to wilt
add lentils
add seasonings
cook on low to medium heat for 30 mins
