Introduction

This makes a very filling meat entry to any dinner. Very low on fat and carbs and adds in that needed protein very nicely. This makes a very filling meat entry to any dinner. Very low on fat and carbs and adds in that needed protein very nicely.

Ingredients

1 Can of Tuna (I use Tuna in water because it stays together better than the Tuna in oil)
1/8 Cup of Panko Break Crumbs - Italian Style
1 Egg White (Medium - Large size will be fine)
Seasoning (I season with Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Parsley Flakes)

Tips

Adding a tomato-based salsa on top of the finished Tuna Patty is excellent! Is also good in a salad.

I have also added a little Parmesan cheese into the recipe and that was an amazing taste!

Directions

Drain the tuna.

Add the ingredients and seasonings to a small to medium size bowl.

Mix together with a fork.

Heat a pan on the stove with (I spray the pan with Olive Oil Spray)

Take the tuna out of the bowl and make it into a patty

Put on pan until each side had browned (about 2-3 minutes each side depending on how hot the pan is)

Serving Size: Makes one large Tuna Burger
