Introduction

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 1/3 c. nonfat milk
    2 T. oil or melted butter (best with butter)
    1 c. flour
    1/2 t Salt

Tips

Do grease the pan with coolking spray or butter for each crepe for easiest handing.


Directions

Blend VERY smooth with a hand mixer. Pur 1/4 c. onto med-hot crepe pan, cook 45 seconds, gently turn, cook 15 seconds more. Serve with diced strawberries rolled inside.
