Introduction

This is a mix of vegetables and fruit. A delicious way to work them into your diet. This is a mix of vegetables and fruit. A delicious way to work them into your diet.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. (about 4 cups) broccoli tops
    1/4 c. red onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. slivered carrots
    2 c. red grapes, whole or cut in half
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    Dressing:
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar

Directions

1.Wash and chop all vegetable and fruit ingredients. Combine.
2.Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and sugar in a shaker cup (I use my Tupperware Mixin Shaker).
3.Drizzle dressing over salad as you use it.
Optional: Add fried bacon, crumbled.
Any vegetable of your choice can be added.
Serves 6-8
