Ingredients

    Cucumber 3 full skin peeled and grated
    Rice flour 1 cup
    Gram flour 2 tbsp
    cumin seed 2tspn
    cumin powder 1 tspn
    corinder powder 2 tspn
    turmeric powder 1 tspn
    asafoetida 1 pinch
    green chillies finely chopped (as per your taste)
    coriander finely chopped 1/2 cup
    salt as per taste
    water as required
    oil 1tbspn



Tips

Please note as the cucumber gives out some juice of their own, the consistency of the batter can vary after a couple of hours. I suggest that you keep the batter a little thick if going to use after half an hour.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients together into a smooth batter and should not be very runny. Grease a non stick pan and pour in some batter and check the consistency. If too thin add some flour and if too thick add some water. Add some refined butter (ghee) on either side and flip until its well cooked. Serve hot with yoghurt
