Ingredients

    1.5 cups Iceburg lettuce
    1.5 oz turkey breast diced
    1 oz diced ham
    .25 cups chopped red ripe tomatoes
    .25 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    .125 cups sunflower seeds w/ salt added
    Dressing of choice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl or on a plate
Add dressing of choice

Switch to low fat or low sodium ingredients as needed or desired.

Great salad for one. Works as a meal.
