Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen berries
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 of a banana
    1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

Directions

1 smoothie:
Add berris and milk to a blender. Blend until berries are no longer chunky. Add the banana and yogurt and blend until smooth.
