Ingredients

4C. Whole Grain Elbow Macaroni
1 Cucumber
1 Red Bell Pepper
6 small sweet pickles
1pkg Cubed Ham 95% FF
Dressing:
2C. Light Miracle Whip
1/4 cup sugar (or less - to taste)
3-4T Salad or Cider Vinegar
Milk to make pourable
Salt, Pepper to taste
Tips
I sometimes need to add more dressing the next day.
You can use any fresh veggies you want. It will change the nutritional values though.
Directions
Cook elbow macaroni as directed on box
Cut up cucumber and red pepper
Dice sweet pickles
Mix together:
Light MIracle Whip, Sugar, Vinegar and add some sweet pickle juice and milk to make pourable.
When macaroni is cooked and cooled put all veggies in then mix in dressing to coat.
Serving Size: 1 Cup
