Ingredients

2 cups Open Nature Roasted Chicken Tortellini
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated parmesean
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
Tips
You can use any dried or fresh spices you like. Its really customizable and very flavorful.
Directions
Follow the directions for cooking the tortellini. After the pasta is drained, set aside. In a skillet heat olive oil. Add garlic, oregano, and basil. Heat for 2-3 minutes (allow the spices to rehydrate, but do not allow the garlic to brown). Add tortellini and chives. Toss in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper and toss again. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
