Ingredients

    2 pkgs Wegmans Cleaned and cut cole slaw mix
    1 medium raw onion - chopped
    1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
    1 cup of broccoli - chopped
    4 green onions - chopped
    1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper
    1 24 oz pkg of wegmans cleaned and cut sugar snap peas
    1/4 cup of chopped Wonderful Roasted & salted almonds
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    3 tbsp wegmans roasted and salted sunflower kernals
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp wegmans reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp chinese 5 spice
    1/2 cup fresh water

Tips

Add salt and pepper to taste if desired (not calculated in recipe).


Directions

In a large pan or a pot (over medium heat) add the oils and sesame seed, sunflower kernels and chopped almonds, stir.
Add chopped veggies and stir.
Add cole slaw mix (cabbage & Carrots), stir.
Add spices and stir.
Add water as needed to de-glaze the pan or pot and keep vegetables moist, stir.
Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are soft and tender.

Voila! Enjoy
