Introduction

Ingredients

    Casbah Ancient Grain Blend - 180g
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 8 pieces, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped (two shalllots)
    Garlic, 1 clove. minced
    Chicken Broth, 2 cups (or veg broth)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, a pinch
    Cilantro, dried, 1 tsp
    Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cook Ancient Grains according to package instructions.

2. Heat oil in large saucepan. Add tomatoes, shallots and garlic and saute for 3 to 5 minutes until shallots are soft.

3. When the Ancient Grains are cooked, fluff with a fork and add the tomato mixture, and the spices and mix.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
