Ingredients

    2 large eggs, whisked
    2 slices of turkey bacon
    30 grams old cheddar cheese
    30 grams of chopped mushrooms
    2 thin slices onions (chopped)
    Salt and pepper to taste



Tips

This is s GREAT way to make omelettes when camping, and each omelet can be personalized by adding ingredients each person prefers. Don't do more than 4 omelettes per pot ... They don't cook as well.
I have tried less minutes and more minutes for cooking time, but 13 minutes appears to work best.


Directions

* In a large pot, bring water to a boil (fill pot 3/4 full)
* Add all ingredients to a Ziplock bag and squeeze out the air before locking the bag
* put bag (s) in the boiling water x 13 minutes
(The omelet is steamed in the bag - no butter
necessary!!)
* slide omelet out onto plate, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Make up to 4 individual omelettes in one pot
