Ingredients

1 tsp Sesame Oil (Olive Oil would work also)
2-3 leaves of torn mustard greens (small pieces)
    1/8 cup diced fresh pear
    1/4 cup cucumber, deseeded
1 tsp garlic - fresh is best
1/2 cup salad shrimp, thawed and drained
    Soy sauce to taste

Tips

If you notice there's too much moisture in the pan for your taste, feel free to drain it.

Directions

Add oil to pot or pan. Place on medium-low heat and add garlic and mustard greens. Saute while adding cucumbers and pears. As greens begin to wilt, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp is hot, stirring occasionally. Serve hot and add soy sauce as desired.
