Ingredients

    Self-Rising Flour, .25 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .125 cup
    Stevia in the Raw 3 tablespoons
    Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.125 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .125 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp

Tips

You cant use pumpkin puree instead of applesause and a teaspoon or so more milk for a pumpkin pie cake.
Topping your cake with cream cheese, cream cheese frosting, or whipped topping finishes it off excellently.
Chocolate chips work well in the cake.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large mug.

Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes
