Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 48 ounces (no bones)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .75 cup
Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 2 serving
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded
Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.25 cup
Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 6 tsp
Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .33 cup
Directions
pre heat oven to 375
Put bread crumbs and 1/2 pack of lipton onion soup mix in a zip lock baggie, dip chicken in water then put in bag and shake till covered, put on greased pan, cook for 45 minutes (depending on size , we get the cut breasts so they are about 1 inch wide and thick)
mix all cheeses
put about a teaspoon of spaghetti sauce on each piece and spread over the top of chicken
sprinkle cheese over all the chicken evenly
put back in oven till cheese is melted
serve with green beans and some fruit and you have a meal the kids and parents will enjoy!
