1/2 medium Banana
1/4-cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1 cup Fresh Spinach
5 blocks of ice
Directions
Place all first 4 ingredients into Vitamix on low speed until blended. Add 5 blocks of ice, and increase speed to full.
Pour and enjoy!
