Introduction

This simple fresh smoothie only takes 2 minutes!! This simple fresh smoothie only takes 2 minutes!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 medium Strawberries
    1/2 medium Banana
    1/4-cup unsweetened Pineapple Juice
    1 cup Fresh Spinach
    5 blocks of ice

Directions

Place all first 4 ingredients into Vitamix on low speed until blended. Add 5 blocks of ice, and increase speed to full.
Pour and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one 12-ounce serving
