This dessert looks impressive and is easy to do. I changed to no and lo fat ingredients and removed all the sugar I could. At 300 calories a serving, its a special treat. Ingredients

Layer 1
2/3 cup chopped walnuts,
1 cup flour (crust)
1 stick light butter
Layer 2
4 oz light cool whip
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar (plan to try splenda...)
Layer 3
1 large package no fat no sugar choc pudding mix
2 cup skim milk
Layer 4
4 oz cool whip
Directions
Use a spring form pan to make this easy to serve.
Soften butter. Mix Layer 1 ingredients together. Spread mixture into bottom of pan and press evenly. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes - till golden brown. Set aside and cool thoroughly.
Soften cream cheese and blend in sugar. Fold in Cool whip. Spread on top of bake crust when crust is cool.
Make chocolate pudding according to instructions on the box. Pour on top of cream cheese layer.
Put in the refrigerator to cool.
Add remaining cool whip to the top and serve.
