Introduction

Ingredients

    2 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c brown rice
    2 c water
    1/2 c diced onions
    1/2 c broccoli cut into small pieces
    1/2 c mushrooms sliced
    1/2 c carrots sliced thinly
    1 c kidney beans

Tips

A complete meal in a Rice Cooker.

This is a wonderful meal to take to work.
Heats well in a microwave.


Directions

in a rice cooker add
2 chicken bouillon, water, broccoli, carrots, onions and mushrooms.
Cook with ricer. (Mine takes almost an hour).
When done add kidney beans.
Pepper to taste.
Mix well let stand 5 minutes.
