Ingredients

1/2 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
2 Tbsp. Silk Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Original/Plain
1 1/2 cup Rhubarb
2/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 1/2 Tbsp. Fleischmann's Olive Oil Spread
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Heat 2/3 cup water to boiling.
Mix Bisquick with milk to make dough. Pat into an 8" square pan.
Distribute rhubarb evenly over dough.
Add remaining ingredients to boiling water and mix well.
Pour over dough and rhubarb.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes until browned.
