Introduction

This delicious chili won a prize in a chili cookoff at my place of employment. I had to have the recipe! It's very easy to throw together and can be ready when you get home from work! Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    1 large can of black beans, drained
    2 cans of sweet corn (drain one)
    2 small cans Rotel tomatoes
    2 tsps chili powder
    2 tsps onion powder
    2 pkgs. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
    2 pkgs of cream cheese (use light if you prefer)

Directions

Throw everything in the crockpot except the creamed cheese. Set the cream cheese on top, cover, and cook on low as long as you like. I've used already-cooked chicken (which goes faster). With frozen breasts, I usually cook it on low 6-8 hours.
