Ingredients

    This is a single serving, you can add more or less.
    The secret is to freeze your sliced banana, single serving bags, to be ready to create the best texture and smoothie consistency so you do not have to add any other liquid other then the almond milk.
    1 banana (frozen)
    4-5 small frozen strawberries or fresh
    2 handfuls of fresh blueberries/ or frozen
    a bit of kale
    a bit of spinach
    approx. 1/4 cup of almond milk.

Tips

Frozen ingredients when placed in Ninja single serving (upside down cup when adding) blender should be placed first with spinach and kale on top then add the liquid at the last, so the liquid may be less than a 1/4 cup give or take. This is made to your consistency of smoothie, thick or runny! Enjoy
