Introduction

Great salad to serve either on bread or on top of a bed of greens. Great salad to serve either on bread or on top of a bed of greens.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, grilled
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    3 stalks celery
    1/3 cup Craisons
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    bunch of grapes (approx 1 cup) halved
    tarrogon, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Grill chicken. When cooled, dice chicken, celery, grapes, walnuts. Add craisons. Mix together mayo and sour cream with tarragon, salt and pepper to taste. Add to chicken mixture. Chill and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
