Introduction
I love carbs and baked goods. Who doesn't? The problem with eating (mostly) paleo is that you can't have grains, so baking can be a bit difficult. I tried a lot of muffin recipes, and then finally decided to invent my own. And it was awesome! I tried a few variations, and this was the best. These muffins are moist and sweet enough that any grain-eating individual probably won't even know that they're paleo! The only problem with them is that you might have trouble not eating them all!Anyhow, I hate recipes where the author goes on forever about the recipe's back story and you basically have to read a book to get to the recipe, so let's get to it!
