    1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup Fage non-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup organic mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon dried chives
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
