    1 c Oatmeal
    1 T Sunflower Seeds
    1 T Pecans, finely chopped
    1 T Flax Seed Meal
    1 T Coconut Oil
    1 T Honey
    1.25 Water
    3 T Active Dry Yeast
    1 t Salt
