Ingredients

4- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
4 oz -Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 tbsp - Fresh Chives, chopped
8 slices -Butterball Turkey Bacon
Tips
you can use only 1 slice of bacon per breast to reduce calories
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
1. clean off any excess fat or skin from chicken then place in zip lock bag to pound out breast to 1/4 inch thick (or about that)
2. mix chives & cream cheese & blend well. set aside
3. partially cook bacon
4. spoon 1 oz of cream cheese mixture onto each chicken breast.
5. place 1 breast on top of 2 partially cooked slices of turkey bacon
6. roll & secure with toothpicks.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes at 375.
8. Broil for about 5 minute to crisp bacon. (if desired.)
9. enjoy!
