Introduction

Great sandwich filling, but even better on a large whole-grain wrap (tortilla). If you do a low-carb diet, you could serve it over shredded lettuce or spinach. If I were to make this again I would cook fresh chicken, I couldn't get past the canned chicken taste, I thinkthe flavor would be wonderful with fresh cooked chicken. - 6/29/09

    Incredible!
*rolls eyes at Josi1959* I made it with shredded chicken and it's great. I made brand changes and used chicken that I shredded myself, but it's a really nice recipe with good flavor. I had the sandwich on seven-grain bread. Yummers. Good job! - 5/24/11
