    2 cups of wholemeal SR Flour
    1/2 up raw sugar
    1/4 cup sunflower oil
    1 cup of skim milk
    I egg beaten
    3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries
    1 tablespoon of natural Gentle Fibre mix


Mix all ingredients together
spoon evenly into a 12 spot muffin tray
Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees
