Introduction

Awesome banana oatmeal muffins, no sugar, no flour, no oil. Awesome banana oatmeal muffins, no sugar, no flour, no oil.

Ingredients

    2-1/2 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup Greek yogurt (low fat or nonfat)
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup Stevia in the Raw (for baking)
    1-1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 bananas
    1 serving cup of sliced peaches/or apple sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Put batter into muffin pan sprayed with canola spray or lined with muffin paper.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 18 cupcakes - 1 cupcake per serving
