Ingredients

    One large egg
    Tablespoon of milk
    Pepper
    Half can of tuna
    One tablespoon of salsa
    Canola oil spray

Directions

Whisk milk, egg and pepper. Spray pan with canola oil, add tuna and then add the whisked eggs. After most of the way cooked, add salsa stir until cooked and serve.
