Introduction

Ingredients

    - 5 medium or 4 large russet Potatoes, raw, peeled & sliced
    - 2 cups diced ham (can buy in 16oz package)
    - 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    - 1/2 cup sour cream
    - 1 can condensed mushroom soup
    - water
    - salt & pepper to taste

Tips

If you aren't sure if the potatoes are done, let them go a little longer to be safe.


Directions

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wash and scrub potatoes. Peel skins off then slice into 1/4" thick slices. Place in large glass casserole dish (I think mine was 4.8 Quart and 10" x 15" about 2" deep)
- In a bowl, mix condensed soup with 1 can-full or water and 1/2 cup of sour cream, whisk together
- Pour over potatoes in casserole dish
- Cover with shredded cheese
- Cover with cubed ham
- Cover dish with aluminum foil
- Bake at 425 for about 60 minutes, or until potatoes are soft / done

Serving Size: Makes about 9 - 1 & 1/2 cup servings
