Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.5 cups of rolled oats1/4 cup of ground flax seed
    1/4 cup of ground flax seed
    1/4 cup of chia seeds
    1/4 cup of ground or slivered almonds
    2Tbsp of brewers yeast
    1/4 cup of unsweetened coco powder
    1Tbsp of cinnamon
    1tsp of vanilla extract
    1/4 cup of extra virgin unrefined coconut oil
    2/3 cups of raw honey
    1/2 cup of peanut butter
    1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

Tips

*if mixture doesn't hold together well, add more honey
*If mixture sticks to your hands preventing you to roll balls, wet your hands with a little water.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
add in seeds and nuts
stir in all other ingredients and mix well
refrigerate for at least 15 minutes
roll into balls
store in refrigerator
