1 chai tea bag (preferably with loose leaf tea)
1/3 cup hot water
2/3 cup plain probiotic yogurt
1 ripe frozen banana, peeled and sliced
3/4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup milk
dash of vanilla extract
honey to taste
pinch of ground ginger
Tips
Brew the tea in the hot water for 3-4 minutes. Strain the liquid and cool for a few minutes.
Add the brewed tea and all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
