Ingredients

    1.5 lb lean beef cubed
    1 bag frozen mixed summer vegetables
    1 can kidney beans(rinsed and drained)
    1 can mexi-corn
    1 can chopped stewed tomatoes
    2 pkgs of beef broth (low sodium)
    5 cups of water

Directions

Combine everything in a large sized crock pot and cook for 8-10 hrs.
