Ingredients

    3/4 c Egg Beaters
    2 Wedges of Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Light
    1/4 c Steamed Broccoli
    1/2 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla
    2 Tbsp Pace Picante Sauce Mild
    Garlic Powder to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Spray Butter...I Can't Believe it's not Butter
    Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Spray a tall coffee mug with Pam Cooking Spray.
Pour 3/4 cup of Egg Beaters into mug.
Microwave for 1.5 minutes & stir well.
Break Cheese Wedges into pieces and add to mug. Add 1/4 cup steamed Broccoli to mug.
Season with pepper and garlic powder.
Stir & return to microwave for another minute.
Stir again and return to microwave for 30 second spurts until eggs are cooked to desired consistency. Add 2 tbsp Picante Sauce.

Top half a Sprouted Grain Tortilla with a few squirts of Spray butter and Cinnamon sprinkled on top. Microwave Tortilla for 30 seconds and serve with Egg mug.
