Ingredients

    DRY INGREDIENTS
    3 cups Meijer Whole Wheat Flour (372g)
    1 tsp Motron Lite Salt (5.6g)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp Ground cloves
    1 tsp Pumpkin spice (optional)

    WET INGREDIENTS
    1 Large Egg
    6 tbsp Egg whites (egg beaters) (92g)
    1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce (248g)
    1 1/8cups Truvia Sweetner (248g)
    3 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 15oz can Pumpkin, 100% Pure (420g)

    OTHER INGREDIENTS
    1 cup Walnuts (optional & not calculated here)

Tips

If you make the recipe with the walnuts, you will need to add 50 calories per slice of bread. Using half a cup of walnuts can reduce it by half of course, up to you.


Directions

Spray 8X4 inch pans with cooking spray, and springle with flour. Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, set aside. Beat at medium speed wet ingredients until blended. Beat in dry ingredients until well blended. Stir in (optional walnuts). Pour equal amounts into the two prepared pans. Bake at 325 for 40 to 60 minutes. Bread is done when a toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 loafs cut into 8 slices each, total of 16 slices
