Introduction

This is a great salad to have for lunch or dinner on a hot summer's day. This is a great salad to have for lunch or dinner on a hot summer's day.

Ingredients

    1 med. cucumber, peeled & cubed
    1/2 large onion, sliced
    1 c tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    A dash (approx 1/8 tsp) each of the following spices:
    Tumeric
    Paprika
    Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Pepper

Tips

You can eat this salad immediately if you wish, but it tastes better if you refrigerate for at least 30 min. so the flavors can incorporate.

As with any recipe, this can be modified to your taste. Leave the peel on the cucumber, omit the onion, add olives, & other spices, etc...


Directions

Peel and cube cucumber, slice onion, dice tomato into bowl. Sprinkle vinegar & spices over vegetables & toss.
