Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 6 tbsp
    *Splenda, 1/2 cup

EAS Lean 15 protein powder vanilla cream,6 scoops (90g)
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
(the ground flax seed added to the oat flour should equal about 1 cup)

Tips

Since we're using pasteurized egg substitute, feel free to keep them gooey and moist by shortening your baking time, if you like to eat them with a plate and fork.
Sprinkle oats over the top for a hearty granola look;-)

Directions

Grind oats into flour consistency. (I use a small coffee grinder because I don't have a food processor.) Repeat with the flax seed. The total flour mixture will be around 1 cup.) Combine dry ingredients, then mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 8x8 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
