Ingredients

    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1.25 cup
    *Best Choice Self-Rising Flour, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 cup
    Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving
    Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, whipped
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp*Candy Coating - Chocolate (30 tbsp = 1#), 30 serving
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp
    Cream Cheese Frosting, .25 package (16 oz)

Tips

Melt Crisco and pour about 2 or 3 tsp into candy coating and mix well if the coating is too thick.


Directions

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Mix vanilla, buttermilk, and cream and set aside. In mixer cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in increments alternating with liquid ingredients. Spread in a half sheet pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Crumble and mix with frosting once cooled. Form balls that are about 1.5 ounces. Dip sticks in melted candy coating and push into cake balls. Once set dip entire pop into the candy coating. Let set and serve.
