    1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1-1/2 cups fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. water
    Seasonings to your liking
    3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (no figured into nutritional information)


Place in large pan, cover and put over medium heat. Allow to steam to tenderness desired.

    great, I switched out the soy sauce and water for the same in low fat chicken broth (dislike soy sauce) adjusted calories and it's fabulous, great side!! - 3/31/08
