Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 c. substitute sugar, Splenda, etc.
    1/4 c. cocoa powder, dark
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg (used Egglands best)
    1 contained fat free greek yogurt 5.3 oz. Dannons plain
    1/4 c. Almond Milk, unsweetened
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

    Glaze
    1/4 c. Almond milk, unsweetened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    You can just dip donuts in powder

    preheat oven to 375 degrees (I used table top infra. rayed oven - cooked 9 min. at Bake

    In mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, sugar substitute,cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Set aside

    In separate bowl, combine vanilla, egg, fat free greek yogurt, milk and oil.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients along with chocolat chips and mix until just combined.

    Pipe your batter into non-stick donut pan.

    Reg. oven cook 10-12 min. until tops of donuts spring back when touched or 9 min. in table top oven.

Tips

This is a receipe that my girl friend gave me from some food show. I changed a lot of the ingredient to make it lower caloried


Directions

bake for approximately 10-12 min. until the tops of donuts spring back when touched
